Federal Express officially started operations at Central Illinois Regional Airport (CIRA) in Bloomington on February 2. Handling of exports, imports and transit cargo at Russian seaports in January-October 2014 increased by 6% compared with the same period last year to 518,5 million tonnes, the Association of Commercial Sea Ports (ASOP) of Russia said.
